We received a request from a customer stating, "The duplicate measuring table used in the inspection process is made of wood, but it has deteriorated, and I would like to know if we can create the same thing." Upon receiving the request, we confirmed the actual item and the drawings on-site. Manufacturing it in aluminum or wood would be expensive and did not match the customer's desired budget, so we decided to manufacture it in iron. We discussed the finer details with the customer, who requested that the handle be made of wood, and since items will be placed on top, they wanted a rubber sheet to be separately manufactured and attached to prevent slipping, along with a request for painting.
